Demi Rojo
Hello and welcome to Solara Psychology!
I am Demi, a registered psychologist, clinical psychology registrar and practice owner of Solara Psychology.
I have several years of experience providing psychological assessment and intervention across the lifespan. I have worked with a broad range of mental health presentations, but have particular interest working with those 18 years and older, who have obsessive compulsive disorder, a history of trauma, attachment trauma and/or experiencing mild to moderate challenges including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, grief, interpersonal difficulties and/or adverse or difficult life experiences.
I practice from an attachment-informed lens and takes an integrative approach to practice. I use a collaborative and client-centred approach that focuses on understanding the unique circumstances that have brought you to therapy. My therapeutic style is warm, relaxed and conversational, while prioritising safety and collaboration to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
